All rates published on our website are expressed in Peruvian Soles (S/.) and include the services described in each room category. Rates are subject to dynamic changes configured in real-time by the hostelry administration. Bookings are considered confirmed once the guest makes the agreed deposit payment and it is validated by our customer service team via WhatsApp.
Changes in booking dates or cancellations must be reported at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, a fee corresponding to the first night's stay (No-Show policy) will be charged. Refunds will be subject to applicable banking or administrative fee deductions.
Given our proximity to Puerto Grado and the main boat operators for Lake Titicaca, Hostelería Samarán Wuasi acts solely as an information facilitator and is not responsible for navigation services contracted with third parties, lake accidents, train delays at Puno Station, or flight cancellations at Inca Manco Cápac Airport in Juliaca.
